Leave the beach, turn left and you will find yourself in Sabine Bardon's studio. This little piece of paradise was, in 2003, the birthplace of Jayko. Sabine welcomes you into her home, all smiles and naturally affable, looking angelic in her cinnamon bun hairstyle. She is full of creative audacity and radiates the sensual imagination that enables her to create collections that are true to her style.

Following completion of her BTS diploma in fashion, Sabine joined the Garella group where she impressed with her work on one of its flagship brands, Batiste. She subsequently decided to create her own brand with the support of the Institute of Mediterranean Fashion.
She had a slow start but then she brought out her summer 2005 collection which met with unanimous success.
Her winter 2005 collection allowed her to further develop her line in France and also in Belgium and Holland. At the same time, her sights were firmly set on Japan, a promising market that seemed to fit perfectly with the Jayko woman.
So where does she find her sources of inspiration?
Nature and travel.
